Our client is a major player in the UK investment industry based in London and Essex. They are currently seeking a Trainer to be based within the London office to provide training and support regarding investment products, website and services. Duties will include:
•Providing training to external clients and internal staff both in person and via web conferencing;
•Supervising the design and development of training materials, user guides etc and ongoing ensuring all materials are up to date;
•Liaising with sales teams and clients to ensure all training requirements are fulfilled;
•Ensuring all records are up to date.
The successful candidate must have:
•Experience within the Investment Industry either via an IFA/Paraplanner role or Investment Administration back office;
•Previous experience of Training both in design and delivery;
•Very strong organisational skills;
•Advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and ideally basic web design/graphic skills;
•Natural communicator;
•Enthusiastic approach with the ability to be calm and practical under pressure;
•IAQ/IMC or CFP would be preferred.
